Astryn was founded by lifelong friends Rahim and Latif, who have known each other since childhood through their families. Built on years of friendship and a shared ambition to create something meaningful, Astryn combines their complementary skills to help businesses grow smarter.

Latif is a second-year Software Development student with a passion for building websites, automation, and digital solutions. Alongside his studies, he has worked on websites and software projects for personal ventures and academic work, giving him hands-on experience in building practical and modern systems that help businesses work more efficiently.

Rahim brings a people-first perspective shaped by his experience as an aspiring professional rugby player and primary school rugby coach. While helping a former coach with the day-to-day running and growth of a chiropractic practice, he saw first hand how the right marketing, organisation and systems could make a real difference to a business. This experience became one of the inspirations behind Astryn.

When you contact Astryn, book a discovery call, send an email, or attend a meeting, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, business details, and any information you voluntarily provide. If we provide services such as marketing support, automation, CRM setup, or business systems work, we may also collect relevant account details, campaign information, and project materials necessary to deliver those services.
We collect personal information through our website, contact forms, email communication, Calendly booking links, Google Meet sessions, and direct conversations. For discovery calls and consulting meetings, we may use Fathom AI or similar tools to transcribe and summarise conversations for follow-up, note-taking, and service delivery. If you do not wish for a meeting to be transcribed, please let us know before the call.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss possible services, prepare proposals, schedule meetings, deliver projects, manage client communication, support ongoing work, and improve the quality of our service. We may also use it to administer invoices, support requests, and internal business records.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the business, including booking platforms, video conferencing tools, transcription services, email providers, hosting providers, CRM systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, and payment processors. We only share what is reasonably necessary for those services to work.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please take care when sharing sensitive information over email or digital platforms.
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide services, maintain client records, fulfil contractual or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask that we stop using your information for marketing communications, by contacting us at support@astryn.co.za. Where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, we may retain certain information even after a request for deletion.
Our website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, referrers, and general device or browser type. Umami does not use advertising cookies, does not track users across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information through our analytics setup. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Our website may also use basic technical features such as local storage to improve usability (for example, to remember that the intro animation has already been shown). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising trackers.

Astryn provides growth strategy, digital marketing, content support, advertising guidance, growth & business systems setup, CRM automation, and related business systems support. Services are provided according to the scope, timeline, and pricing set out in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement.
Discovery calls and consulting meetings may be booked through Calendly and conducted via Google Meet. We may use Fathom AI or similar tools to transcribe and summarise meetings for follow-up, note-taking, and service delivery. If you do not consent to transcription or note-taking for a specific meeting, please let us know before the call.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, access to relevant systems or accounts, and any materials required for the agreed work. Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may affect timelines, costs, and outcomes.
While we aim to deliver high-quality work and measurable improvements where appropriate, Astryn does not guarantee specific business outcomes, customer numbers, sales performance, revenue growth, or other results unless such outcomes are explicitly agreed in writing.
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and design elements, remains the property of Astryn unless otherwise stated. Any deliverables, assets, or materials created specifically for a client under an agreed project will be treated as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Calendly, Google Meet, Fathom AI, CRM systems, email platforms, automation tools, payment processors, or analytics services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or performance of those third-party services.
Fees, payment terms, and service scope will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Any ad spend, software subscriptions, or third-party costs billed by others remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.
To the extent permitted by law, Astryn shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, the services, or any third-party tools used in connection with the services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of South Africa unless otherwise agreed in writing. Astryn reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the website or services will be deemed acceptance of the latest version.
